I didn’t know darkness and evil lurked inside me until I had to murder in order to survive. Forced to become my own worst enemy. With so much blood on my hands, I was surprised I could still see my own skin.
I played God while I was rotting in Hell. Thriving on control and power was the only way I knew how to live. There were no other options.
If you weren’t my friend, you were my foe.
If you weren’t with me, you were against me.
Traitors, as I called them. There were no imaginary lines. I’d crossed them all. No boundaries. No second chances. No redemption.
Not for me.
Only for her…
She loved me. Always convinced I was a saint, never believing I was just another sinner.
A fucking monster.
Until it was too late.
Except, I didn’t choose this life.
It. Chose. Me.

4.5 “Muneca” Stars!!
Wow!! As much as I love the seriously ALPHA BAD boys, this story still seemed to shock me at times. M. Robinson’s stories ALWAYS make me want more, even when I know how screwed up it is. LOL!! And just like all her other stories, I seriously devoured El Santo. Every chapter had me wanting more, from the very beginning. And there was no easing into the crazy with this one, the author slaps you right across the face with it, from the very start.
“Nothing would ever go back to the way it was between us after that night.”
El Santo is Damien and Amira’s story, and it’s a wild one. It starts when both their worlds are forever changed. This then sets the stage for the lifelong and seriously screwed up mess called Damien and Amira. The drama made me crazy, but also made me devour every page of their story. And when I say drama, I am talking sad, funny, infuriating, and screwed up.
“His silence. His coldness. His distant hollowness. Were all weapons I had no artillery for.”
This story is not for the soft hearted, though. It should come with a warning! But if you are down for murder, alpha men, and foul language, just like I am, grab it up right now and let me know what you think 🙂
